Minnie was a dedicated mother and grandmother who treasured her children / grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. Minnie was an elementary school teacher for 3 years until she became a stay-at-home mom who was involved in activities related to her kids including volunteering her time to be the PTO president, softball team manager, little league volunteer and many other activities. Once the kids were grown, she worked for the Passages and Colusa County Senior Services. Minnie spent time volunteering with A Hand Up, Celebrate Recovery, and Awanas and was a Deacon within the First Presbyterian Church. She loved being involved in community volunteer work and helping others. She was a valued member of Beta Sigma Phi and the Bible Study Fellowship.
Minnie was proceeded in death by her husband Jack of 51 years. Minnie is survived by her son Lindsay Lawrence; daughter Madelin and her husband Sean Flynn, grandsons Lucas and Casey, step-grandsons Andrew and Evan; son Stanton and his wife Cristina Lawrence, grand-daughters Isabel and Ciara; and extended family members.
