Elsie Mumma Brown, 101, passed away after visiting with her family and friends on January 23, 2021 at Valley West Post-Acute Care in Williams. Elsie was born April 15, 1919 in Woodland to Clarence and Ora Howard Mumma.

She was a member of the first graduating class of Arbuckle High School in 1937.

Elsie was a great family woman and loving mother. She married Marion Brown between the Sunday school and morning worship services on August 22, 1937 in Woodland. They celebrated 55 years together.
