May Suprise Activites

The MAY Surprise is an eventful day which includes several organizations.  Beginning at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Colusa County Garden Club will have a plant sale in the pavilion. At 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. the Colusa County Arts Council will open their doors (no charge to view) to the Senior Center for a juried art show while the Friends of the Library will be wine tasting and serving desserts in the garden area outside. At 2 p.m. the Colusa County Historical Preservation Committee will present their annual awards. The Pacific Flyway Quilters will have an information table throughout the day.

It will be a full day of “Surprises” that you won’t want to miss. All proceeds from the event will benefit Colusa County literary, arts, beautification and community service programs.■
