Easter Baskets Raffled Benefit Cancer Research and Programs

In part with the Colusa County Relay for Life, team Valley West Care Center recently raffled Easter Baskets as a fundraiser for the Colusa County Relay for Life Event.

The baskets were donated by Granzella’s Gourmet and Gift, Fouch & Son Pharmacy, and Rite Aid.

“We would like to thank all of the businesses who donated and helped with our fundraising efforts,” said Monique Spence, Team Captain for Valley West Care Center.

The baskets were raffled on Tuesday, March 22 at Valley West Care Center in Williams.

The winners of the baskets were Gina Maldonado, Adriana Floriano, Xochitl Medina, Jami Partin, and a Student Nurse at Valley West Care Center named Tehra.

The group raised $249 that will benefit the American Cancer Society’s, Colusa County Relay for Life.

Colusa County’s Relay for Life event will be held at the Colusa County Fairgrounds on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at 10:00 AM.
