Arbuckle Pool Annual Fundraiser

The Arbuckle Parks and Recreations District has begun its annual swimming pool fundraiser ‘Fish on the Wall’.

Fish and other aquatic creatures will be hand painted on the walls of the Arbuckle swimming pool, to be viewed and enjoyed for the entire summer season.

“This is something special to our pool,” said APRD Director, Mary Grimmer, “it’s always fun to see the kids search for their fish all summer long.”

Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards the purchase of supplies and equipment for the swim team and for the pool.

The cost to sponsor a fish is as follows:

$10 – Small Fish: Includes over five different shapes of fish and small starfish.

$20 – Special Sea Animal: Includes Large Starfish, Sea Horses, Geckos, Turtles, Snakes, Frogs, and Jelly Fish.

$100 – Extra Large Team Sponsors: Due to limited space, only the first eight sponsors will be selected. Options include sharks, sting rays, whale tails, and more.
