Johnson Jr. High School Open House and Taco Dinner a success!

Over 1,000 were served during the Johnson Junior High Taco Dinner fundraiser to benefit the 6th Grade Shady Creek trip last Wednesday during its open house.

The Parents Club held a Taco Dinner Fundraiser to help provide funding for the annual 6th Grade, week long, science camp trip.

“Over 30 volunteers showed up to help set-up, prep, serve and clean up after the event”,” said Parents Club President, Melissa Vanlaningham.

Those not participating in the open house had the convenience of a drive-up service.

The Parents Club would like to thank the local businesses who’ve donated and helped with the cost of supplies and food for the fundraiser.
