Students perform at Williams Music Night

Williams Upper Elementary School students performed for family, faculty and friends on Thursday. The students worked very hard in their elementary music classes throughout the school year, said Principal Denise Conrado.

The school’s music program consists of one 50-minute class each week, during which students learn to sing and play musical instruments.

Thursday’s “Music Night” included the fourth and fifth grade chorus singing patriotic and folk songs, conducted by teacher Stout; folk dancing, under the instruction of Juanita Ramirez; and a performance by the fifth and sixth grade band, conducted by Eric Roberts.
