Holly Anne Irvine of Colusa passed away this week at the age of 62. She grew up on both coasts, moving with her family. She earned a B.A. and an M.S. in Communication Disorders.
Holly Anne had a rewarding career as a speech-language pathologist, working with infants, preschoolers, and children in homes, clinics, and schools. She also worked with adults as inpatients and outpatients in homes, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Holly Anne received the Coach for Life’s Champion Award from the Healings in Motion agency.
Holly Anne was a member of the Baha’i faith for 28 years and went on a pilgrimage to the Baha’i World Center on Mount Carmel in Haifa, Israel. She taught Virtues classes to neighboring children in many of the communities in which she lived, and was a loving neighbor and friend to those who knew her.
Holly Anne is survived by her stepson and granddaughter, father, two sisters and brother, and her niece. She was preceded in death by her mother. She is greatly missed by many.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on March 24 at McNary-Moore Chapel. If you wish, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
