William Combs, 47, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:55 AM on June 5, in the area of Highway 99 at County Line Road in Arbuckle, on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a minor by force, sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and rape. Bail was set at $1,000,000.

Armando Ruiz, 34, of Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:52 PM on June 8, in the area of Webster and 8th Streets in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $7,000.

Anthony Turner, 56, of Plumas, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:20 PM on June 8, in the area of Standard Rd, just west of Mills Orchards Road in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving while license is suspended for a DUI, and for trespassing. Bail was set at $5,000.

Charles Wesley, 35, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:18 PM on June 8, at Colusa Medical Center in Colusa, on suspicion of domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, criminal threats, and for the violation of probation. Bail was set at $100,000.

Jake Misskelley, 22, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:39 AM on June 9, in the area of 13th and Market Street in Colusa, on suspicion for the possession of a controlled substance, for the possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bail was set at $5,000.

Israel Rivera, 26, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 1:43 AM on June 9, in the 900 block of Gail Ave in Arbuckle, on suspicion of public intoxication, and for disobeying a court order. Bail is set at $5,000.

Michael Candito, 45, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:55 PM on June 10, at the Colusa County Fairgrounds, on suspicion of disorderly conduct with alcohol. Bail was set at $1,000.

Elijha Chavez, 34, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:30 AM on June 10, in the area of Main and 6th Street in Colusa, on suspicion of providing false identification to an officer. Bail was set at $5,000.

John Koli, 53, of Concord, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:57 AM on June 10, on Interstate 5 just south of Arbuckle, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license for a prior DUI, the violation of probation and driving without evidence of financial responsibility. Bail was set at $2,124.
