NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on August 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
General Plan Amendment #18-4-1, Zoning Amendment #18-4-1, ED #18-13, Jack Baber – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding a General Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment changing 10.08±acres of Industrial (I) designated land with a zoning of Heavy Industrial (M-2) to Commercial (C) designated land with a zoning of Commercial Highway (C-H) and changing 10.08±acres of Commercial (C) designated land zoned Commercial Highway (C-H) to Industrial (I) designated land with a zoning of Heavy Industrial (M-2) and associated Categorical Exemption (ED 18-13), located at the northeast corner of Interstate 5 and Maxwell Colusa Road; identified as APNs 011-280-015 and 011-280-040.
