NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Williams City Council at 6:00 p.m. on December 12, 2018, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 810 E Street, Williams, California, to consider the following actions:

PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILLIAMS, CALIFORNIA AMENDING SECTION 17.01.030.10 OF THE WILLIAMS MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL OF COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITY

PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILLIAMS ADDING CHAPTER 5.18 TO THE WILLIAMS MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITY REGULATORY PERMIT PROCESS

The full text of the proposed ordinances and one copy of each of the above referenced codes will be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 810 E Street, Williams, California, for not less than ten days prior to said hearing date.

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and present written and / or oral comments on the matters being considered.  If you challenge these matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing(s) described in this notice, or in written correspondence submitted to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing(s).
