Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing, February 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Use Permit #18-9-1, ED #18-28, Dan Erben – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Categorical Exemption and a Use Permit for an existing duck club to allow the reconstruction of three existing cabins. The project is located approximately one half mile east of the intersection of Gridley Road and Butler Road at 7852 Gridley Road; identified as APN 012-180-029.
All documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Ste. 102, Colusa, CA (530)458-0508 and at the Community Development Department, 220 12th Street, Colusa, CA (530) 458-0480.
