Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on February 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Zoning Amendment #18-11-1, ED #18-31, Colusa County – A proposed Resolution recommending to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act and approval of Zoning Text Amendments affecting the following Colusa County Zoning Code Sections:
- Section 44-1.60 Interpretation (Adding descriptive language);
- Section 44-1.60.010 Authority (Amending language to reflect the recent change in County departmental structure); and
- Section 44-1.120.090 Nonconforming Parcels of Record (Adding clarifying language with respect to development on nonconforming parcels and lot line adjustments).
