Colusa County Planning Commission – Notice of Public Hearing And Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing May 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:

Use Permit #19-2-1, ED #19-2, River Partners, Willow Bend Habitat Restoration – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program for a Use Permit for restoration of riparian habitat and management by regrading and planting native vegetation to improve fish habitat on 122.5-acres of property located within the Sacramento River Levees zoned River Frontage (R-F) and Flood Management (F-M), accessed by Gould Road and located approximately 1 mile west of the intersection River Road and Gould Road and 3.5 miles south of the community of Princeton on the east side of the Sacramento River, identified as APNs 012-170-067, 012-170-066, and 012-170-044.
