NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on March 19, 2019, in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board approved passage of ordinance 798 as follows:
The ordinance before the Board of Supervisors for their consideration amends:
(1) Section 44-1.60 of the Colusa County Code to add language regarding the permission nature of the zoning code and the process to establish an undefined accessory use that is subordinate and customarily incidental to the primary use or building on a parcel;
(2) Section 44-1.60.010 of the Colusa County Code to change the reference from the Director of Planning and Building to the Director of Community Development; and
(3) Section 44-1.120.090 of the Colusa County Code to add language to clarify that non-conforming parcels that were legally created can be built upon and modified through a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) provided that the otherwise required development standards are met and/or the level of non-conformity is not being increased.
The ordinance further finds that the code amendments are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the newspaper of general circulation in the County of Colusa, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
