PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

COLUSA GENERATING STATION
PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC
RENEWAL OF TITLE V PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Air Pollution Control District will open a public comment period in regards to the approval of the renewal of the Title V permit for the Colusa Generating Station, submitted by Pacific Gas and Electric.  Pacific Gas and Electric – Colusa Generating Station operates a 660 net megawatt combined cycle power generation unit located near the west end of Delevan Rd., northwest of Maxwell.

The public comment period will end at 5:00 pm on May 10, 2019.  A copy of the Colusa Generating Station’s preliminary analysis and any additional information pertinent to the approval can be obtained at the following location.
