NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing May 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Tentative Parcel Map #19-2-1, ED #19-3, Frank Elorga Family Ranch (Ann Bennett) – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Categorical Exemption and approve a Tentative Parcel Map dividing a 314.94±acre parcel into three parcels: Parcel 1 – 82.4±acres Parcel 2 – 82.4±acres, and Parcel 3 – 150.2±acres on property zoned Exclusive Agriculture (E-A), located east of the intersection of Wyer Road and Young Avenue approximately 2-miles southwest of the community of Arbuckle; identified as APN 021-130-057.
