City of Colusa Planning Commission – Notice of Public Hearing


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing and potentially approving the following item:

A resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow a residential unit and lodging services within the existing commercially-developed property. In accordance with City of Colusa Zoning Code Section 10.02 (a), residential dwellings in General Commercial (C-G) Zoning Districts require CUP approval by the Planning Commission.

All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing. Documents may be reviewed at, and written comments can be submitted to, the Planning Department at the above address, until 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
