NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932. At the hearing the Board will consider and may adopt in full or in part the Colusa County Planning Commission’s May 1, 2019 recommendations for APN 015-380-002, a 8.39 +/- acre parcel for Larjer, Inc., to:

(1) Adopt the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;
(2) Approve Zoning Amendment #19-1-1, rezoning said parcel from Rural Residential – 5 acre minimum(RR-5) to Rural Residential – 2 acre minimum (RR-2); and
(3) Approve Tentative Parcel Map #19-1-1, to subdivide the 8.39 +/- acre parcel into four 2 +/- acre parcels.

The property is located west of the Walnut Ranch Subdivision at the end of Sanborn Drive adjacent to the southern portion of the City of Colusa (APN 015-380-002).

Additional documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board. Written comments are invited and should be received no later than the date of the public hearing by the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or e-mail to boardclerk@countyofcolusa.org
If you challenge in a court action a decision of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors regarding zoning, planning, land use, or environmental protection matters made at any public hearing described in this notice, you may be limited to raising only those issues (1) you or someone else raised at such public hearing, or (2) raised in written correspondence delivered to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to such public hearing.
