RECLAMATION ANNOUNCES THE SACRAMENTO RIVER, SHASTA, AND TRINITY DIVISIONS PUBLIC NEGOTIATIONS TO CONVERT WATER SERVICE AND EXISTING REPAYMENT CONTRACTS FOR THE PREPAYMENT OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS

The Bureau of Reclamation, as directed by the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act, Public Law No: 114-322 (WIIN Act), announces the first public negotiation session for Sacramento River, Shasta, and Trinity Divisions contractors for the conversion of water service and existing repayment contracts for prepayment of construction costs.
The dates and times of the negotiations are as follows:

Comments may be submitted by close of business September 30, 2019 to reverest@usbr.gov or mailed to Ryan Everest, Bureau of Reclamation, 1140 W. Wood St., Willows, CA 95988. Written and verbal comments may be submitted at the negotiation session.
