NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public hearing November 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Use Permit #18-10-1, ED #18-30, American Commodity Company, LLC (ACC) – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting Program for a Use Permit to install a rice hull fueled powerplant utilizing ACC’s rice hulls to provide 3.0 MW of net electric power for sale to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E). The project site is located on property zoned Exclusive Agriculture (E-A); north of Abel Road and approximately three-quarters of a mile east of Husted Road in the Williams area; located primarily on APN 017-050-048, with a northern portion on APN 017-050-047.
The environmental document public review period begins on September 26, 2019 and ends on October 25, 2019. All documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Ste. 102, Colusa, CA (530)458-0508 and at the Community Development Department, 220 12th Street, Colusa, CA (530) 458-0480.
