Football

Colusa can be proud of making it to playoffs but a painfully close loss against Mt. Shasta 29-28 on Friday meant the end of a season for the RedHawks. 

Panthers fell to Los Molinos with a landslide 47-0 score, ending Maxwell’s season.

Pierce won a home game against Modoc on 14-12 and will square off against Winters this coming Friday. 

Williams completed their season Friday after being trounced by Winters 34-12.

Volleyball

Colusa pushed far into the championships with a win on Nov. 12 against Skyline 3-0, a win against Bentley 3-2 on Thursday, before falling to Nueva on Saturday during the regional finals.

Pierce Bears finish up their season after a 3-0 win against Roseland University Prep, but fell to Tamalpais 3-1 on Tuesday.  

Cross Country

Colusa boys took eighth place in the CIF Section Finals. Jacob Arce was the first from Colusa County to cross the finish line at 18:55. The first girl to finish the meet was Ari Sanchez from Pierce at 22:40.
