COLUSA COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Directors of the Air Pollution Control District will declare open the 30 day comment period as of November 13, 2019 on the proposed recodification of the District Rules and Regulations pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 40725, and will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to adopt said changes.
All documentation is available for review at the Office of the Clerk of Board.
